Will you serve food?
Each month we will be highlighting a different local restaurant as well as having a food truck in our courtyard for a variety of local eats from surrounding businesses that we feel pair well with our products.
Will the taproom be kid friendly?
Yes; families will be welcome, so please feel free to bring the kiddos along! We will offer a friendly and open environment that is safe for kids to hang out in. However after 9:00 PM, all guests must be 21+.
WILL the ATMOSPHERE BE More casual or formal?
We believe in the philosophy “look good, feel good,” so we hope our guests won’t show up shirtless or barefoot. With that said, feel free to visit us for a fancy date night on the town or just a casual beer with friends after work. There will not be a strict dress code.
We will welcome pets into our outdoor courtyard but unfortunately we will not be able to allow them inside the taproom.
Will you allow Pets?
Yes; Free Wifi will be available for all of our customers!
Will Wifi be available for guests?
Will there be a tasting room?
Our tasting room evokes the spirit of the Northern Row brand by embodying the character of Cincinnati’s deep brewing and distilling histories. A great deal of effort has been made to showcase the original Carnegie steel riveted columns and beams that have carried the heavy load since the building’s early years as a Lagering Icehouse.
As we are centrally located in Over the Rhine, Cincinnati (near Findlay Market) there are many different ways to access Northern Row. We are conveniently located within walking distance of two public transportation stops.
Streetcar: We recommend taking the 100 train to the Brewery District stop! This puts you at the corner of Elm and Henry Street. Northern Row is located about 200 feet down Henry Street on the left.
Bus: It is possible to take the 21 or 64 bus route to reach Northern Row. We are located at the Elm and Henry Stop on both of these routes.
- Driving: Although we recommend other transportation options, driving/parking at Northern Row is a breeze. We recommend getting off I-75 onto Findlay Street and turning left on Elm Street, where you will go two blocks up to McMicken Ave. Once you see the historic APEX building you know you have arrived! Parking can be found on McMicken Ave. where metered and lot parking are available! As a note, we are one block west of Rhinegeist Brewery so this can be used as a reference point.
